MOUZGHEVA
The Ultra-Terrestrial TV Anchor-Creature
Mouzgheva was noticed by Canal+ through his cathodic activities in "Kim Il Songs" and in "Carmen", two video gimmicks with a very Lefdup-and-Les Maîtres du Monde style, and was engaged during the winter 84-85 to hold the difficult character of anchorman of a crypted-and-very-young-tv channel. Despite his obvious telegenism, he couldn't keep his job more than three months, during which he did more than a hundred appearances on air- and his career of tv star was killed "in the egg of Beluga" (as people use to say in his country).
Later, he came back on the screen, all together
with Max Headroom for a few short shows, and he presented an episode of
l'Oeil du Cyclone dedicated to The Residents (and directed by Bertrand
Merino).
One says that he could have retired on the island of Formentera, where he couId be
the tenant of a clandestin "Kiosko" to make ends meet.
